Quote from the article of Dr. Meiken Okada (Super Mystery Magazine MU, June 2010).
The faith in Amitabha Buddha was born at north west India around 2nd Century. It was occurred under the influence of Iranian culture.Amitabha Buddha is a hierarchal God in heaven. The meaning is eternal life or endless light. In Zoroastrianism, the meaning of Zurvan who is Time God is eternal life and the meaning of Anaghra Raochah which is the name of heaven is endless light. Briefly, Zurvan became Amitabha Buddha, then came to Japan with the tenet of celestial world after death.
